The Key Carrier role serves as an elevated extension of the Coordinator position, designed to support store operations and leadership needs. This role is dynamic, requiring you to alternate between the Coordinator and Key Carrier functions based on daily store requirements. While predominantly performing Coordinator duties, you will occasionally step into a leadership capacity as the Manager on Duty, maintaining all aspects of store operations.
In this position, you will be the face of exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience for both internal and external customers. You will act as a role model for honesty and integrity, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company policies. Your day-to-day involves ensuring the store team executes tasks according to the store plan, addressing immediate customer service issues, and providing coaching to associates. You will also manage opening and closing procedures, maintain accurate associate coverage in service areas, and partner with management on training needs to increase team effectiveness.
