The Key Account Manager serves as the primary strategic liaison between CCS and key client stakeholders. This role is designed for someone who enjoys relationship-building, performance management, and problem-solving within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will act as a trusted partner to assigned client accounts, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded while supporting internal teams in delivering high-quality service.
In this position, you will build strong professional relationships with client stakeholders and conduct regular meetings, including weekly updates, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews. Your day-to-day involves monitoring account performance against key metrics, identifying opportunities for account growth, and collaborating closely with Operations, Sales, and Client Services to address performance gaps and training needs. You will also support account strategy, contract renewal discussions, and the onboarding of new programs.
