About the Role

The Key Account Manager serves as the primary sales contact for assigned accounts and trade lanes, driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role is a dynamic blend of account management, sales execution, and operational follow-up. You will spend the majority of your time meeting customers in person, fostering relationships, and aligning client needs with company goals. Your focus will be on growing ocean volumes, promoting CMA Value Added Services and CEVA offers, and securing new business. While maintaining and expanding existing volumes, you will differentiate CMA through service adoption and actively hunt for new opportunities. Expect to spend 50% or more of your week outside the office engaging with clients, utilizing travel budgets to strengthen relationships while adhering to corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities
