The Key Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects within a defined sales territory, specializing in Canon Medical imaging solutions. This role is designed to interface directly with Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies that drive revenue and business targets for the Sales Region.
In this position, you will act as a strategic partner to both existing and prospective clients. Your day-to-day involves developing and executing strategic plans for key accounts, leveraging deep product knowledge to identify future sales needs, and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will work closely with sales specialists, customer service, and applications teams to ensure comprehensive support for our customers. Success in this role requires navigating long sales cycles, managing complex contracts, and utilizing market research to penetrate new opportunities within the medical imaging sector.
This is a remote, field-based position. The preferred candidate should reside within the Columbia or Charleston, SC area to effectively manage the assigned territory.
