We are seeking a dedicated Junk Removal Driver & Team Leader to join our team and lead the delivery of exceptional junk removal services. In this role, you will guide and inspire your crew, setting a high standard for service quality and professionalism while ensuring all work is performed promptly and safely. You will be the face of Junk Knight, interacting articulately with customers in their homes, offices, and buildings to provide a stress-free experience.
Your day will involve driving our company vehicles to assigned jobs and disposal sites, performing complete pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintaining the truck's cleanliness, tool inventory, and fluid levels. You will be responsible for filling out daily work orders and crew sheets accurately. Beyond the logistics, you will embody our mission by treating every customer with sincerity and respect, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
