About the Role
The JR Reinsurance Accountant serves as a vital support function for our Facultative Premium handling and reinsurance account processing. This role is designed to ensure the accuracy of incoming cash recording, reporting, and reconciliation activities. Beyond transactional duties, you will support the oversight of work performed by our processing units or centers for assigned clients and processes. You will provide guidance on reinsurance accounting matters, authorize or escalate financial transactions and payments according to the authority matrix, and proactively escalate issues to management. Additionally, you will handle internal and external client relationships and steer processing units to achieve operational and financial targets.
