About the Role

Zions Bank has opened an opportunity for a Junior Real Estate Commercial Portfolio Manager based in our Salt Lake City, Utah office. In this role, you will manage and service a portfolio of real estate commercial term loans and construction loans. You will partner with Real Estate Bankers to handle new and existing loan requests, maintaining strong working and communicative relationships to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Your day will involve spreading and analyzing financial statements, addressing industry risks, and assisting in the preparation of loan presentations. You will monitor individual loan performance, handle reporting on past dues, documentation exceptions, and portfolio profitability, and stay informed of financial and market trends to analyze their effect on the portfolio.
