Wells Fargo's Commercial Banking Hotel Franchise Finance group is seeking a Portfolio Manager to drive strategic oversight within the hospitality sector. This role exists to ensure the health and growth of our hotel portfolio by balancing strong customer relationships with a rigorous, compliance-driven culture. You will serve as a key partner to internal stakeholders and external customers, guiding medium-risk deliverables through complex credit investigations and operational assignments.
In this position, you will exercise independent judgment to identify process improvements and present recommendations for resolving complex financial situations. The role requires a deep foundation in financial analysis, credit underwriting, and portfolio management, with a specific focus on the unique dynamics of commercial real estate and the hospitality industry. You will collaborate closely with functional colleagues to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to core banking policies and procedures.

Work Expectations
This role offers a hybrid work schedule based in Scottsdale, AZ. Candidates must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
