As a Junior Graphic Designer in our Marketing Department, you will be the creative force behind our visual identity. You will support the development of compelling content for packaging, digital media, print collateral, and retail locations. This role is unique because it requires balancing high creativity with strict adherence to state regulations governing cannabis advertising and product labeling. You will thrive in a fast-paced, product-driven environment where you can contribute fresh ideas while learning from senior designers and the marketing manager.
This is a hybrid role based in Maryland. You will enjoy a flexible schedule with four days of remote work and one day on-site to collaborate with the team. We foster a culture of personal accountability and proactive behavior, encouraging you to remain calm and organized even in high-pressure situations.
