Temple Sinai Preschool is seeking a Judaic Pedagogical Coordinator to serve as a passionate leader in Jewish early childhood education. This unique opportunity is designed for an experienced educator and coach who is dedicated to reflective practice and empowering teachers within a warm, collaborative, and values-driven community.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Early Childhood Education and the administrative team to bring rich, joyful, and meaningful Jewish learning to life. Your work will center on a constructivist, emergent, and child-centered approach, utilizing relationship-based coaching, modeling, and technical support to strengthen teaching practices, curriculum, and classroom culture across the school.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on position for a flexible leader who feels at home in classrooms, values deep relationships, and believes in the power of early childhood education rooted in Jewish values. You will be instrumental in shaping a school community where Jewish life, rituals, and values are lived daily rather than simply added on.
Temple Sinai Preschool is a vibrant, inclusive learning community where children are honored as capable, curious, and creative individuals. Rooted in sacred Jewish values, our school is continually evolving through reflection, collaboration, and joy. We believe that children learn best through hands-on, experiential, and child-directed exploration, and that families are true partners in the learning journey.
We view educators as respected professionals and the heart of our community. Our environment is intentionally designed to be warm and welcoming, supporting the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of every child.
Interested candidates should submit their application materials to the Director of Early Childhood Education. The selection process involves a review of qualifications and experience, followed by interviews with the administrative team to assess cultural fit and pedagogical alignment.
