Larkin Benefit Administrators is seeking a Jr. HR Consultant to support our Human Resources & Talent Management practice within a specialized leave and benefits administration environment. In this role, you will assist client HR teams with leave of absence, disability, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws.
You will manage case documentation, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and respond to client inquiries with high-touch, people-first service. Working closely with experienced consultants, you will gain deep expertise in compliance and employee benefits while contributing to tailored, service-focused solutions in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
