Japanese-Speaking Vacation Advisors are the essential link between Disney Vacation Club Members and our unparalleled Parks and Resorts in the US, Asia, Europe, voyages on the Disney Cruise Line, and trips to far-flung destinations through Adventures by Disney.
This full-time position is located remotely on the island of Oahu. You will report to the Member Services Manager and serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking members, ensuring their experiences are magical from the first inquiry to the final memory.

Requirements
- verifiedNative-level Japanese and professional English fluency
- verifiedHigh school degree or equivalent

- verifiedAvailability to work 2 pm to 10 pm Hawaii time
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedExcellent typing skills
Nice to Have
At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry. Experience in a call center atmosphere. Knowledge of Disney Vacation Club products and services. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
