Japanese-Speaking Vacation Advisors are the essential link between Disney Vacation Club Members and our unparalleled Parks and Resorts in the US, Asia, Europe, voyages on the Disney Cruise Line, and trips to far-flung destinations through Adventures by Disney.
This full-time position is located remotely on the island of Oahu. You will report to the Member Services Manager.
As a Japanese-Speaking Vacation Advisor, you will be the warm, enthusiastic voice that connects members to their dream vacations. Your day involves guiding Japanese-speaking members through the vast array of Disney offerings, from resort stays and cruise ships to dining and activities. You will craft customized itineraries that maximize their time and resources, ensuring every interaction feels magical.
Beyond planning, you will be the first line of support, resolving concerns and providing expert advice to guarantee a seamless experience. You will stay current with the latest Disney news and collaborate with internal departments to ensure service excellence. This role requires a unique blend of critical thinking and the ability to make independent decisions in real-time while maintaining the Disney standard of hospitality.

At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry. Experience in a call center atmosphere. Knowledge of Disney Vacation Club products and services. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
