This full-time position is located remotely on the island of Oahu. You will report to the Member Services Manager.

- check_circleCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and member satisfaction
- check_circleParticipate in continuous training and development programs to stay knowledgeable about Disney products
- check_circleProvide information to Japanese-speaking Disney Vacation Club Members about resorts, cruises, and activities
- check_circleDocument member interactions accurately on the computer
Requirements
- verifiedNative-level Japanese and professional English fluency
- verifiedHigh school degree or equivalent
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedHigh-speed internet connection
- verifiedPrivate work environment at home on Oahu
- verifiedAvailability to work 2 pm to 10 pm Hawaii time
- verified1 year hospitality industry experience (preferred)
- verifiedCall center experience (preferred)
- verifiedKnowledge of Disney Vacation Club products (preferred)
Nice to Have
At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry. Experience in a call center atmosphere. Knowledge of Disney Vacation Club products and services. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
