We are seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead our 3rd Shift Overnight operations (9 PM – 7 AM). This is a critical role responsible for the operational and financial success of assigned large accounts, as well as the pursuit of new project and tag job opportunities.
In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison for client relationships, ensuring service delivery consistently meets quality objectives and contractual requirements. You will manage the region's budget, control overhead expenses, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability. The role demands a proactive leader who can develop a management team, oversee hiring and termination processes, and maintain rigorous standards for job inspections and inventory management.
Your day will involve strategic planning and hands-on oversight. You will participate in budgeting processes, schedule daily walks with clients to ensure satisfaction, and identify incremental sales opportunities within the existing customer base. Communication is key; you must maintain constant contact with the Vice President of the region and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text within two hours. The role requires local and national travel to client locations, with some overnight travel necessary to support business development and operational needs.
Candidates must be willing to work weekends and weekends are a mandatory requirement for this position. The role is based in San Bernardino, CA, and relocation to this area is required before starting work.
