Our employees serve as valued partners to essential government agencies and support every branch of the U.S. armed forces, solving the most daunting challenges our customers face every day.
This role supports a leading provider of Information Operations (IO) and Irregular Warfare (IW) capabilities to the U.S. government. The program integrates Information Related Capabilities (IRC) across multiple domains, environments, and geographic boundaries, supporting both domestic and overseas operations. The team functions as a vital link between Information Operations planners, intelligence analysts, cultural advisors, and linguists to deliver comprehensive, layered, whole-of-government effects.
Peraton is seeking a Targeting Cell and Irregular Warfare (IW) Technical Site Lead to support a U.S. Combatant Command Interagency Coordination and Targeting Division (ICTD). You will guide a team responsible for providing analysis and target development for complex theater, regional, and global issues in support of irregular warfare planning teams.
In this position, you will provide subject matter expertise to illuminate and exploit enemy vulnerabilities. Your day-to-day involves leading a team of IW and intelligence analysts whose work enhances DoD capabilities, accelerates operational tempo, and informs policy recommendations. You will identify and characterize enemy network nodes, key personalities, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) by conducting forensics on raw and structured data from diverse sources, including open source, SIGINT, financial records, and international partner inputs. The role requires producing comprehensive operational support packages, target packages, and pattern-of-life studies to support combined DoD and interagency actions on priority targets.
