Messerli Kramer's Consumer Collections and Creditors' Remedies group in our Plymouth office provides comprehensive debt collection services to clients, including some of the nation's largest banks and financial services companies. Our thorough understanding of the law, business, and regulatory landscape related to the collections process makes us more than litigators. We are negotiators, investigators, collectors—and above all—partners with our clients.
We are licensed as attorneys in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Colorado, and Ohio. We collaborate with our clients to develop collection strategies tailored to each client's unique recovery objectives, managing a range of tools from demand letters and telephone calls to litigation, garnishment, and asset searches.
The IT Services Lead serves as the senior technical presence within the Plymouth office, ensuring stable, high-performing technology operations. This role is the critical bridge between end users, the help desk, managed service providers, and enterprise IT teams. You will provide advanced technical support, lead issue triage and resolution, and coordinate closely with vendor partners and internal engineering teams.
In this position, you will play a key part in supporting enterprise applications and ensuring IT systems are effectively configured to enable business workflows. While this role is not focused on deep infrastructure engineering, it requires a hands-on approach to diagnosing issues and driving resolution across teams. You will act as the primary on-site escalation point for application-related issues, supporting security, compliance, and incident response efforts in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Interested candidates should submit their application through our careers portal. The interview process typically includes an initial screening to discuss experience and role fit, followed by a technical assessment to evaluate troubleshooting capabilities and operational knowledge. Final rounds involve meetings with the hiring manager and team members to assess cultural alignment and problem-solving skills.
Messerli Kramer is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We consider qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
