As a Customer/Technical Support Representative, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for our clients, providing multi-channel support via phone, email, and chat. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in high-volume environments and possess a genuine aptitude for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
You will manage a significant portion of daily inbound cases, assisting users with course enrollment, certification needs, and access to training materials. Your day-to-day involves resolving technical challenges related to product access, device certification, networking, and software configuration within our proprietary training platform and cloud environments. You will also support our online store regarding device purchases and training vouchers. Success in this role requires maintaining subject matter expertise across our diverse product lines, including cameras, fleet management systems, and training solutions, while utilizing CRM systems like Salesforce to prioritize and resolve cases efficiently.
