AbelCine specializes in the sales, education, rental, and service of film, HD, and professional video camera equipment and related accessories. Our equipment line is supported by a technical staff with real-world production experience in both established and emerging formats.
We are currently seeking dynamic interns to join our IT department. This internship is designed to allow aspiring students to apply classroom skills in a stimulating, real-life workplace and gain insight into the inner workings of IT within a production environment.
Interns will shadow and learn from our experienced IT team, gaining hands-on exposure to the systems, tools, and processes that keep our technology running smoothly. While interns will not be directly responsible for IT operations, they will observe, assist, and practice under supervision to build knowledge in hardware troubleshooting, asset management, network testing, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
This is a part-time, unpaid internship for college credit only. No stipend will be provided. Applicants must provide written verification from their school confirming they will receive college credit for this position. Successful candidates must be enrolled in an accredited two- or four-year college program and commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week.
