About the Role

The Information Technology Support Specialist serves as a vital bridge between business technology and end-users, ensuring seamless operations across both on-site and remote environments. This role is designed to resolve general tier 1 and 1.5 computer system problems, manage basic system installations, and maintain the integrity of integrated computer solutions ranging from standard office technology to manufacturing equipment.

In this position, you will champion Lozier's mission and core values by delivering reliable, repeatable service. Your day-to-day involves managing service request queues, documenting processes, and participating in technology rollouts and new system testing. You will also play a key role in system security by assisting with cyber security incidents, desktop encryption, and patching updates. The role requires a sense of urgency and accountability, with regular on-call responsibilities including weekend and holiday remote coverage to ensure continuous support.
