The Global Markets Post-Trade IT team is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for Fixed Income, Equity/Securities Lending, and Credit Trading applications. Operating within an Agile framework, the team engages in every phase of application development—from user needs assessment and design to implementation, delivery, support, and maintenance. Our mission is to ensure operational excellence while driving strategic efforts to modernize legacy Back-Office applications.
About the Role
We are seeking an Operations IT Business Analyst and Product Owner to join our agile scrum team, specializing in the Fixed Income Booking and Post-Trade domain. This role sits at the intersection of Operations, Compliance, and Accounting, serving as a vital bridge between Global Market Operations, Front Office, and other support functions.
In this position, you will act as a Proxy Product Owner, refining business requests, building the product backlog, and setting work priorities in alignment with Business-IT governance. You will manage projects ranging from small enhancements to large-scale initiatives, including regulatory and operational evolutions. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with traders, operations personnel, and accounting teams to gather requirements, conduct impact analyses, and define functional specifications. You will also provide essential day-to-day support for Booking and Back Office applications, ensuring smooth processing for booking, straight-through processing, settlement, clearing, and reporting.

Requirements
