About the Role

As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in enhancing, maintaining, and operating an existing enterprise application used to manage complex case evaluation and business processes. This system is vital for statewide operations, handling case tracking, reporting, invoicing, and operational workflows.

Unlike roles focused on building new systems from the ground up, this position centers on modernization efforts and application enhancements. You will contribute to initiatives that increase efficiency, improve reporting capabilities, and provide greater accounting visibility. Key projects include adding new accounting data fields, enhancing search functionality, updating screen layouts, and developing new reporting features.

You will work within a primarily remote environment, collaborating with experienced development, QA, operations, and business teams in an Agile setting. The role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting technology solutions that serve critical public health and forensic services programs, with potential for contract extensions based on project needs and performance.
