This position serves as a hybrid Technical Architect and Lead Developer, bridging the gap between high-level platform strategy and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for designing and implementing critical functionality within the ServiceNow ecosystem, specifically focusing on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, and CMDB domains. The role exists to ensure the platform remains scalable, secure, and aligned with complex business and ITIL requirements while driving the adoption of new capabilities.
In this capacity, you will act as the final technical escalation point for complex platform decisions. Your day-to-day involves translating business needs into robust architectural guardrails, mentoring development teams, and personally delivering high-risk components using JavaScript and ServiceNow App Engine. You will guide the team through the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and gap assessments to upgrade remediation and continuous improvement.
