About the Role
This position is designed for a self-directed problem solver who bridges the gap between technical capability and operational reality. You will spend your time building AI-powered micro-tools that automate repetitive tasks for dispatchers, technicians, and office staff, translating operational pain points into working prototypes rather than just presentations.
Your day will involve owning system administration, ensuring data accuracy through reconciliation, and managing ServiceTitan users and company assets. You will also support leadership by building and maintaining reports in Excel and Power BI, while working directly with field teams to solve real-world workflow problems. This role requires a sharp attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences.

- check_circleAdminister company cell phones including setup, assignments, and troubleshooting
- check_circleMonitor and triage MSP helpdesk tickets to track issues and ensure resolution
- check_circleSupport testing and rollout of system updates and integrations
- check_circleBuild and maintain Excel and Power BI reports for leadership
- check_circleValidate and clean data across systems and document evolving SOPs

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service platforms. Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems. Experience building internal tools, automations, or micro apps (including side projects). Exposure to REST APIs, Power Automate, or Zapier. Experience with mobile device or IT asset administration.
