Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is seeking an IRA/HSA Representative to join the Deposit Operations Team. Located at 4407 Theater Drive in Evansville, IN, this role is designed for detail-oriented professionals with superior time management skills who are committed to supporting our members' financial needs.
The successful candidate will serve as a key resource for the Deposit Support department, handling a variety of specialized account inquiries and transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing internal and external communications via phone and email, while ensuring strict adherence to IRS rules and regulations regarding Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). The role also involves supporting the certificate program, processing mail transactions, and assisting with complex inquiries related to Coverdell Education Savings Accounts, US Savings Bonds, and the Signature Guarantee program.
