The IP Specialist serves as a critical support pillar for the intellectual property practice group, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of patent and trademark data. This role is designed to bridge the gap between complex legal matters and efficient data management, handling the full lifecycle of incoming and outgoing communications. From reviewing and coding documents to managing client transfers and maintaining digital records, the specialist ensures that the firm's data infrastructure remains accurate and compliant with established policies.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with attorneys, staff, and the docketing manager. Your day-to-day involves utilizing specialized records management software to support data audit projects, assist with client portal setups, and generate critical reports. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys solving data-related challenges, and takes pride in maintaining the high-quality standards essential to legal operations.
This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility while maintaining the need for proximity to the office to accommodate periodic in-office work requests.
