BluePath Labs is seeking a Knowledge Management (KM) & Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Specialist to support the Office of Naval Research Global (ONR Global) Chief Information Officer (CIO). This position is critical to executing ONR Global's Science & Technology mission through effective data governance, system integration, and business process optimization.
As a Key Personnel under the contract Performance Work Statement, you will perform all work under the technical direction of the ONR Global CIO. Your day-to-day involves coordinating system changes with Government stakeholders, administering the Microsoft Dataverse environment, and providing Subject Matter Expertise on integrating Power Platform tools with existing business processes. You will also play a vital role in training the CIO's Knowledge Management team on data structures and governance practices.

This role is performed on-site at the ONR Global Headquarters in Arlington, VA. Contractor personnel are expected to demonstrate professional maturity and the ability to communicate effectively in a multi-national and senior military/civilian environment. Travel (CONUS and OCONUS) may be required in accordance with contract requirements.
