Investment Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to join our client's growing team in Boston, MA. This hybrid position is designed for professionals who thrive in deadline-driven environments and are passionate about ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the investment lifecycle.

In this role, you will serve as a critical link between trade execution and settlement. Your day-to-day will involve processing and reconciling securities trades across accounting and order management systems, monitoring straight-through processing, and resolving exceptions that require manual intervention. You will investigate trade discrepancies, pricing deviations, and reconciliation breaks, partnering with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions. Additionally, you will coordinate daily portfolio cash flows, support portfolio rebalancing events, and generate cash flow projections to maintain accurate reporting.
