About the Role

This position serves as a vital support pillar within our Asset Management division, bridging the gap between high-production trading operations and the sensitive needs of our external clients. You will partner with sales associates to ensure seamless administrative and customer service delivery, navigating complex securities transactions and account maintenance with precision.

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of client interactions, from opening new securities accounts and executing approved investment strategies to resolving operational problems and processing money movements. You will work with high production volumes and the most sensitive external clients, requiring a balance of speed and accuracy. Beyond transactional duties, you will play a key role in team development by mentoring and training new sales associates, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
