About the Team
Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) provides critical accounting and investment management support services for Fidelity mutual funds and a wide array of retail and institutional investment products. Our scope includes calculating and distributing Net Asset Values (NAVs), preparing fund financial statements and tax returns, monitoring trade deliveries to custodian banks, processing corporate actions, and managing fund liquidity.
The Principal Analyst will join the Business Analysis Center of Excellence, a team of insatiably curious analysts who collaborate with squads to build and deploy financial technology. We are committed to solving complex business problems while fostering the professional growth of our people.

Fidelity Investments is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or MIS; 5+ years experience in Financial Services; Experience with Private Equity, Private Debt, and Alternative investment structures; Deep understanding of private market structures (Limited Partnerships, REITs, BDCs, etc.); Knowledge of asset management back-office operations, mutual fund accounting, and derivatives; and Hands-on experience with FIS InvestOne and SS&C Geneva.
