As a Lead Analyst supporting the onboarding of Alternative Instruments in Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO), you will serve as a vital conduit between product delivery teams and stakeholders. Your mission is to ensure we meet the differentiated needs of Alternative fund structures and requirements while allowing for the efficient functioning of this key line of business.
You will act as the primary interface between end users, product management, and the systems organization. In this capacity, you will develop a significant internal voice on behalf of the Alternative product set, influencing systems and architecture solution design based on complex requirements. You will collaborate with diverse internal teams, including Alternative Investment Sponsors, clients, legal, and compliance, to translate complex business requirements into effective solutions.
The Business Unit, Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO), provides accounting and investment management support services for Fidelity mutual funds and other retail and institutional investment products. These services encompass calculating and distributing NAVs, preparing fund financial statements, monitoring trade delivery, processing corporate actions, and managing fund liquidity.
