Santander is a global leader and innovator in the financial services industry, evolving from a high-impact brand into a technology-driven organization. Our people are at the heart of this journey, driving a customer-centric transformation that values bold thinking, innovation, and the courage to challenge what's possible. This is more than a strategic shift; it is a chance for driven professionals to grow, learn, and make a real difference.
As a Vice President in Investment Banking Coverage, you will play a key leadership role in executing complex transactions while developing relationships with key clients and driving new business opportunities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients on deal execution matters, leading the execution of M&A, capital markets, and advisory transactions. Your day will involve managing deal processes to ensure milestones and timelines are met, overseeing the development and quality control of financial models and client materials, and providing mentorship to Analysts and Associates. This role requires the ability to assume senior deal execution functions independently and a high level of responsibility, with travel as requested by senior deal team members or clients.
We embrace a strong risk culture, and all professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management. Your contribution matters and is recognized through a fair and competitive rewards package that reflects the value you deliver. We know rewards go beyond numbers; our benefits are designed to support you, your family, and your well-being, now and into the future.
