About the Role
Under the direction of the Inventory Manager, the Inventory Systems Specialist serves as a critical bridge between data integrity and operational efficiency. This role exists to maintain the accuracy of inventory systems and reporting while supporting procurement and operations through cross-functional analysis and process improvements. The specialist ensures that inventory visibility, product availability, and overall profitability are optimized through robust system support and data-driven insights.
In this position, you will act as a cross-functional liaison representing procurement and inventory operations. You will partner with warehouse, production, logistics, finance, customer service, and IT teams to resolve inventory transaction issues, investigate data gaps, and implement process improvements that streamline workflows. Your work directly impacts decision-making, supplier performance, and the company's ability to manage inventory investment and procurement costs effectively.

Requirements
