About the Role

In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our inventory management systems while delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring that product balances are precise and that shelves are consistently replenished.

Your day will involve performing daily stock counts, reviewing pending inventory transactions, and communicating with the store director regarding inventory levels. You will research shortages and correct unacceptable shelf conditions to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Guided by our Core Value of "Jump Over the Counter Service Excellence," you will greet and engage customers, answering questions and responding to complaints with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

You will also be expected to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary working and shopping environment by adhering to company safety procedures. This includes taking precautionary safety measures when using equipment and work tools, and promptly reporting or remedying potential hazards.
