About the Role
We are partnering with a client to find an Inventory Specialist dedicated to supporting advanced mobility operations. This role is critical for ensuring the availability and accuracy of parts inventory across development, testing, and field deployment environments. By keeping engineering and maintenance teams running efficiently, you will help minimize downtime and enable innovative vehicle and infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented inventory professional with experience in parts management or logistics. You will thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to support prototype and pre-production vehicle builds. Your work will directly impact the Material Readiness Dates for components essential to autonomous and connected vehicle systems.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleIdentify and manage parts and components for advanced vehicle systems and prototypes
- check_circleCollaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to fulfill part requests accurately
- check_circleMaintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and part specifications
- check_circleCoordinate shipping and receiving activities including returns and special orders
- check_circleTrack shipping status of components and report against target Material Readiness Dates
- check_circleSupport inventory audits, cycle counts, and continuous improvement initiatives
- check_circleAssist in developing and maintaining supplier relationships for critical vehicle parts
- check_circleReceive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments while ensuring documentation compliance
Requirements
