About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to oversee our forging plant located on the south side of Milwaukee, WI. This facility is dedicated to producing high-quality forgings for our customers, specializing in innovative solutions that address client challenges through design and process improvement, automation, and full-service die machine shop capabilities.
As the Plant Manager, you will lead a collaborative and dynamic environment where your leadership and expertise are valued. You will have the opportunity to drive significant improvements and innovations within a manufacturing forging facility, ensuring optimal performance and productivity for a diverse team of 50+ employees.
