About the Role

The Senior Product Manager will serve as the execution owner and a key player in shaping the North American OEM Business. This is a highly entrepreneurial role responsible for driving P&L performance, commercial execution, and lifecycle management for the OEM Portfolio.

Working closely with the OEM Leader, Sales, market intelligence leaders, technology teams, and Product Leaders at GEA and Haier, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering and OEM partners. Your mission is to ensure that product roadmaps are delivered on time and on cost while maximizing market impact. You will drive product development and plan multi-year product roadmaps and strategies across Air and Water Products, including digital and IoT multi-generation planning. Additionally, you will own the execution of new product introduction (NPI) programs across global teams, guiding activities from concept to final production and end of life.
