Our client in Santa Ana is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support day-to-day inventory operations and ensure accuracy across systems and processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining optimal stock levels, improving efficiency, and partnering closely with operations and supply chain teams. You will be the bridge between physical stock and digital records, ensuring that inventory data remains pristine while driving process improvements to reduce loss and increase overall efficiency.
In this position, success is defined by high inventory accuracy with minimal discrepancies and the timely resolution of any inventory issues. You will be instrumental in developing improved processes that increase efficiency and reduce shrinkage. Strong collaboration across purchasing, operations, and logistics teams will be essential to ensure product availability and maintain a seamless flow of goods.
