Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePrepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and budgets to support business decisions
- check_circleDevelop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate operational performance
- check_circlePartner with cross-functional teams to provide insights on cost structures and profitability
- check_circleMonitor and analyze 3PL and warehouse operational costs to identify efficiency opportunities
- check_circleSupport month-end close, ad hoc reporting, and financial presentations to senior leadership
- check_circleEnsure compliance with internal controls, GAAP standards, and company policies
- check_circleConduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- verified5–8+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- verifiedMBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- verifiedStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and 3PL cost structures
- verifiedAdvanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities
- verifiedExperience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
Nice to Have
MBA, CPA, or CFA certification. Experience in food, wholesale, distribution, or supply chain-driven industries.
