Inventory Control Coordinator

About the Role

This position serves as a critical bridge between physical inventory operations and the Fixed Assets department, ensuring the integrity of data within the Helios IC system. You will be responsible for monitoring and executing accurate data entry and transaction completion, while actively investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies using specialized Helios tools. The role requires a high degree of ownership to maintain the accuracy and integrity of inventory systems, ensuring all products are properly counted, coded, and reconciled.

In this capacity, you will coordinate regularly with warehouse and logistics managers to exchange information and maintain constant awareness of current activities. Your day-to-day involves running and distributing daily reports, processing incoming cash reconciliations, and overseeing timely rec submissions. Additionally, you will manage general office and clerical activities, including maintaining detailed logs of all inventory-related actions for future reference.

Work Environment

This role is primarily office-based but requires flexibility to support operational needs. Working hours may include irregular schedules, on-call status, and availability during days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team members are expected to adhere to specific appearance guidelines defined by Encore, whether in the office, traveling, or representing venues in a specific city or area.
