The Role
As a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician, you will be dispatched from home to solve complex mechanical challenges. Your day involves diagnosing, repairing, and calibrating commercial HVAC/R systems while delivering quality service and integrity every single day. You will act as a reliable resource for nights, weekends, and on-call emergencies, ensuring our customers receive exceptional support.
This role is designed for those who want to invest in their skills through our Helios University continuing education courses and grow within a promote-from-within culture. You will work independently or as part of a team, keeping your van stocked and your tools sharp while navigating mobile apps and documentation with ease.

Compensation Note
Helios HVAC/R Services LLC determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is up to $45 an hour, with pay based on factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
