About the Role
As a Branch Manager, you will lead a team of technicians dedicated to installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems for our commercial customers. This role serves as the senior company representative, bridging the gap between field operations, dispatch, and our clients.
You will foster a culture of safety and quality while ensuring departmental goals are met. Your day involves direct collaboration with service and install technicians, resolving complex customer and staff issues, and communicating project status to vendors and suppliers. By developing budgets, monitoring service vehicles, and driving continuous improvement in service processes, you will play a pivotal role in the profitability and growth of our service department.
