Branch Manager

MalaceHR is seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead daily operations and support field teams within a fast-paced HVAC and refrigeration service environment. This role is responsible for overseeing administrative functions, managing technicians and dispatch coordination, and ensuring exceptional customer service while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

The Branch Manager serves as a key leader and representative of the organization, working closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and successful project execution. You will act as the bridge between field operations and business goals, ensuring that every service call is handled with precision and that the team operates at peak performance.

In this position, you will manage the administrative and operational backbone of the branch. Your day will involve coordinating complex schedules, reviewing work orders for accuracy, and preparing timely customer quotes. You will maintain critical relationships with vendors and manufacturers to handle warranty issues and recalls, while also overseeing the maintenance and inventory levels of service vehicles. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to people management, including interviewing and hiring technicians, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
