About the Role

The International Operations Manager serves as the leader for daily international operations and organizational management in your local station. This role is designed to recruit, develop, and motivate staff to provide a world-class customer experience while meeting or exceeding client expectations.

You will ensure the station has the necessary tools to succeed and expand business levels in international product lines in a sustained fashion. By networking with AIT verticals, overseas offices, and partners, you will promote AIT's strategic corporate goals, positioning your station as the leader in providing customer solutions while driving growth and profitability. You will actively support key account operations, engage directly with clients to develop revenue, and collaborate with global product teams and core carriers to improve margins. Your work will be central to executing AIT's "Global Triangle" and "Drive for Five" corporate strategies.
