As an Internal Medicine Physician on the U.S. Army health care team, you will diagnose and treat localized ailments, conduct direct patient care, and execute disease prevention programs. This role extends beyond clinical duties to include commanding medical units, performing staff functions in health support, and conducting medical research on diseases of military importance. You will also participate in medical education and training, helping to expand the boundaries of internal medicine while working alongside professionals at the top of their fields.
