Hiring Process
This individual will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Vice President, or Managing Director and assist with the overall operations of the team.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct research on current legislation and emerging policy issues
- check_circleDraft policy briefs, talking points, and fact sheets for internal and external use
- check_circleTrack local, state, and federal legislative activity and prepare timely updates
- check_circleMaintain and update databases of elected officials and policy positions
- check_circleAssist in preparing materials for meetings with government officials and community partners
- check_circleSupport event planning and execution for policy briefings and advocacy days
- check_circleDraft content for policy-related newsletters, blog posts, and social media campaigns
- check_circleHelp prepare reports and slide decks for presentations to leadership or community groups
- check_circleProvide logistical and clerical support including notetaking, scheduling, and document organization
Requirements
