About the Role

The Marketing Intern will assist with the daily operations of the Marketing department and support special projects. This role offers a people-first culture that invests in connection, community involvement, and transparency around employee feedback. You will be part of a comprehensive 2-week training program designed to prepare you for career advancement opportunities.

A day in the life involves providing support with general office tasks, handling department mail distribution, and managing office supply inventory. You will assist with promotional inventory, assemble and ship sales training materials to new hires, and track marketing special request orders. The role also includes assisting with sales training content within Highspot, supporting video production during sales training filming days, and helping with corporate events and trade show logistics. Additionally, you will assist in monitoring local and corporate social media accounts, including conducting monthly and quarterly audits.
