About the Position
Schneider is seeking Owner Operators to join our Intermodal team in Plano, TX. This role offers the opportunity to haul containers with drop-and-hook capabilities under Schneider's authority, providing consistent revenue through a variety of load and lane options.

Incentives and Benefits
We offer competitive weekly pay with an average revenue range of $125,000 to $218,000. New partners can take advantage of a limited-time lease-on incentive program, receiving $380 on the second settlement payment followed by $210 weekly for the next 22 weeks, totaling $5,000. Further advantages include compensation for orientation time, discounts on fuel, tires, and maintenance through the Purchase Power Program, and unlimited referral bonuses.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License and a minimum of 6 months of Class A driving experience. You must be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) by your start date and live within 50 miles of Dallas, TX. If you need a truck or wish to upgrade your equipment, Schneider can connect you with sales and leasing providers.
