About the Position
Schneider is seeking Owner Operators for our Dry Bulk division in Louisville, KY. This role offers a unique opportunity to maximize revenue through a select load program where you receive an all-in rate, eliminating the need to calculate fuel or accessorials. As an Owner Operator, you maintain full control over your business by self-dispatching, allowing you to pick your loads, home time, lanes, and revenue potential.
Day in the Life
You will operate under Schneider's authority, hauling tanker trailers at no charge. The role involves hands-on loading and unloading of freight, requiring a proactive approach to managing your schedule and equipment. To support your success, Schneider provides essential tools including pumps, compressors, personal protective gear, and a Samsung tablet, along with free trailer usage.
Application & Hiring Process
Interested candidates should apply immediately as the start date is ASAP. The process includes orientation, for which you will be compensated. New hires will also receive a sign-on bonus of $7,500, structured as $570 on the second settlement payment and $315 weekly for the following 22 weeks (terms and conditions apply).
