About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team, focusing on residential homes. In this role, you will partner with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle needs, and budget, translating those elements into cohesive design concepts. You will be responsible for developing mood boards, space plans, and design proposals for new builds and remodeling projects.

Your day-to-day will involve selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures while collaborating with architects, builders, and contractors to ensure design consistency and functionality. You will also play a key role in managing our showroom, curating displays to reflect current trends, and maintaining an organized inventory system. This position offers a dynamic mix of office work, client meetings, and on-site project visits, requiring you to navigate the natural ups and downs of project timelines while resolving design challenges as they arise.
